AER Control Systems HCF Series Horizontal Cartridge Filtration Systems are designed to provide efficient, cost effective control of dry dusts, fumes, and general airborne particulate contaminants generated from sanding, grinding, welding, and other processes. Typically utilized for control of moderate to heavy concentrations of dry contaminants, the HCF series collectors are provided with self-cleaning, pulsejet filter cleaning to minimize maintenance and reduce replacement filter costs. 

These ceiling mounted HCF series collectors are available in two configurations, un-ducted models for ambient air cleaning of the general plant air and ducted / arm-equipped source capture systems for control of contaminates at the generating source, connection to machines, etc. The HCF-3000 features a strong 3000 CFM airflow to effectively capture a variety of particles or fiber types; removing particles at source is often best as it prevents them from spreading out and forcing you to use larger and possibly more numerous dust collectors to capture them after they have floated away.
